Sheila also goes by the pseudonym 'Amysthys', which is the amalgamation of the words 'Mystic' and 'Amethyst'. She is a Mystic, Christian Gnostic and Philosopher whose favorite stone is the Amethyst. Sheila is also bilingual (French and English) and is an author of Christian and Metaphysical Philosophy centered on Botany and sometimes Herbalism.
